This WordPress plugin remove the “nofollow” attribute from your wordpress blog’s comments (precisely from the author’s links) and/or from the comments text links and it inserts (if you want) an image band at the top of your pages with the phrase: “NOFOLLOW FRE” to encourage your users to submit comments.
The last release includes new options to replace the nofollow only when the author posted X comments before and put back the nofollow when some blacklisted words are matched. The replacement of the nofollow is also based on the users type (registered and visitor users). Every option cna be customized by the options page “NOFF”.
An important note: the plugin was adopted and it will be updated a few times in the next couple of weeks. I’ll need your help with the testing, reporting potential issues, suggesting new improvements, etc 🙂
WordPress Plugin Cookies for Comments Description:
This plugin adds a stylesheet or image to your blog’s html source code. When a browser loads that stylesheet or image a cookie is dropped. If that user then leaves a comment the cookie is checked. If it doesn’t exist the comment is marked as spam.
The plugin can also check how long it took a user to enter a comment. If it’s too fast it’s probably a spam bot. How fast can a legitimate user enter their name, email, web address and enter a well thought out comment?
This plugin comes with very feature that allow to delete the comments based on category, users or all at once. It’s best for victims of spammer attacks. This plugin allows admin to delete comment as needed by them. Additional to this comments can be deleted via Dashboard or Admin Panel.
This plugin gives your visitors the possibility to report a comment as inappropriate. After a set threshold is reached the comment is put into moderation where the moderator can decide whether or not he want to approve the comment or not. If a comment is approved by a moderator it will not be auto-moderated again while still counting the amount of reports.
